Terms and Conditions

1. Hiring our Services

The Right Way (‘Company’) reserves the right to accept or decline the hiring of any of our Services to any customer (‘Client’), as well as the sale of any of our products.

Our Services are hired once payment receipt or invoice has been issued to a client by the company. The client is entitled only to the services specified in this registration.

2. Cancellation of Services by ‘The Right Way’

The Company reserves the right to cancel at any time before the start of a service or during the delivery of it, if the number of participants is insufficient, or there are not enough employees to cover the demand. Such a cancellation entitles the client to a full refund of the full amount paid. If the client paid for provided materials, the amount will be reimbursed once the materials have been returned in the company in the original condition. If the materials are damaged, a refund of the material costs is not possible. In the event of printing, writing or calculation errors, the Company reserves the right to cancel the contract. The Right Way reserves the right to provide a virtual alternative via class recordings, where physical attendance to the online live session is not possible by either party due to a Force Majeure event or restrictions caused by a pandemic.

3. Cancellation of Services by the Client

The Client may cancel at any time prior to the start of the services. The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing via email by the person that booked the Services to info@trw-online.com or submitted directly on the website.

A cancellation after the start of the Services is only possible by mail and will result in the cancellation charges as specified below:

    - Up to 4 natural days after the start of the service: 80% refund

    - 5 or more natural days after the start of the service: 0% refund


4. Make up of Services

The Client has the right to ask for a recording of a live session by requesting it 24 hours in advance to the email: info@trw-online.com. The link to the recording will be sent to the client’s email address and it will be available for 2 natural days, after which it won’t be retrievable for viewing. The Client is then responsible for completing the self-study activities needed to understand the missed content according to their class schedule. The Client has the right to request a maximum of 6 hours of live sessions recordings.

5. Holidays and breaks

As an international company, we are in no possibility to observe any official holidays or breaks stablished by a country’s government. An annual calendar will be published, and the Info@trw-online.com | Client is responsible to ensure their possibility to attend their Service sessions according to such calendar.

6. Use of the website

Clients may only use or reproduce the content of the company’s website and LMS for personal and non-commercial use. The framing, scraping, data mining, extraction, or collection of the website content in any form and by any means whatsoever is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, clients may not mirror any material contained on the website.

7. The service

Lessons length vary according to the program chosen by the Client and may include 5 to 10 minutes of break for each 2 hour-session. Failure to take lessons within the start and end dates, in the schedule and modality stated on their chosen Service will result in the forfeit of all the fees, no refunds are applicable. Although each schedule has a main instructor, when in need, the service will be provided by a different instructor. In order to ensure the quality of the service, the instructor might be observed by academic leaders, and some sessions might be recorded for later observation. To ensure quality results, the Client must attend 80% of the service sessions.

8. Group sessions

When the company is not able to open a schedule with a minimum of 3 clients, the Client will be fully refunded. When enrolled in a group session, the Client cannot reschedule sessions. The maximum number of clients in a session is 12. The Company reserves the right to add more clients if needed, for a short period of time. The Company reserves the right to add new clients to any given schedule. All sessions will be delivered via Zoom, unless otherwise stated by the Company, in which case, the Company will inform the Client in advance via the email address provided by the Client. In the case no students show up for a given session, the Service hours will be considered as given and there will not be possibility to reschedule.
